These Terms govern your use of Everlight™, a daily companion service for seniors operated by CFW Ventures LLC | SHE CAN DO I.T.® ("Everlight," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Everlight provides scheduled companion phone calls for an enrolled senior, a family dashboard with call summaries and alerts, voice messaging, and optional tablet access. Features may change as the service grows.
Everlight is a companionship and check-in service. It is not a medical, healthcare, or emergency response service. The companion cannot dispatch help, provide medical advice, or respond to emergencies. Do not rely on Everlight for urgent or life-threatening situations. For any emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Care alerts are a courtesy notice to family and are not guaranteed to be timely or delivered.
You must be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for confirming that the enrolled senior consents to receiving calls. You agree to enroll a phone number only when you have permission to do so.
By providing a mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive care-alert text messages about the senior you enrolled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for assistance. Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by enrolling a person without consent, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at signup. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future calls and notifications for the enrolled senior. Founding-rate terms, where offered, are described at the time of enrollment.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep Everlight warm and reliable, yet we do not warrant that calls, alerts, or features will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error free. The companion is an automated voice service and may not always understand or respond perfectly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFW Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any missed call, delayed alert, or undelivered notification. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a violation of these Terms or to protect the safety of an enrolled senior.
We may update these Terms as the service grows. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
