Everlight™ is a daily companion service for seniors, operated by CFW Ventures LLC | SHE CAN DO I.T.® ("Everlight," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Your trust is the foundation of this service, and we treat your family's information with the care it deserves.

Information We Collect

Account information: the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of family members and the senior they enroll.
Companion data: call summaries, well-being notes, and memories the companion learns during calls, used to make each conversation warmer.
Voice messages: audio that family members record for delivery to their loved one.
Usage data: basic technical information needed to operate the dashboard and the calling service.

How We Use Information

To place daily companion calls and personalize each conversation.
To send care-alert notifications to enrolled family members, including missed-call notices and well-being updates.
To provide the family dashboard, voice messaging, and account management.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Text Messaging Program (SMS)

Family members may receive care-alert text messages about the loved one they have enrolled.

By providing your mobile number and opting in during account setup, you consent to receive care-alert text messages from Everlight about the senior you have enrolled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information, phone number, or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data stays within Everlight and is used only to deliver the care alerts you signed up for.

How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers that make Everlight work, such as our voice-calling, text-messaging, and hosting partners, and only so they can perform their function for us. We may share information when required by law or to protect the safety of an enrolled senior. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We keep account and companion data for as long as an account stays active, and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact below.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we continue to strengthen our protections over time.

Your Choices

Opt out of text messages anytime by replying STOP.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Close the account, which ends calls and notifications for the enrolled senior.

Children

Everlight is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service grows. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page when we do.
